New Player Information
Welcome to Mount Pleasant Soccer Association! We are a nonprofit club affiliated with Iowa Soccer Association. We are a travelling recreation league that has no tryouts and anyone is welcome to play. Our club emphasizes player development for the long haul so when players get to the high school/college level they have sound technical and tactical skills. We utilize Coerver Coaching techniques with our 8U and 10U players and then start to transition into a blend of technical and tactical training at our 12U and 15U training sessions. Our league we play in in the fall and spring is the 641 League and we travel to the following towns, Fairfield, Washington, Ottumwa, Oskaloosa, and occasionally Centerville. If you are a parent who has played soccer or even if you never had we provide training and plans to make you successful volunteer of our community. Thanks you and thanks for considering joining our club.
